The 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bay Area Orienteering Club will be held at Joseph D. Grant County Park on Sunday, April 12, 2026, from 1:00–2:00 PM, in conjunction with the orienteering event taking place that day. (Please note that the date and location have changed from what was previously published on the website.)
At this meeting, club members will elect officers for the coming year, hear reports on the state of the club, and discuss matters of interest to the orienteering community. The meeting agenda is below.
Official notice of the meeting, including the agenda items, will be emailed to all active club members by March 14th, using the email addresses in the club's membership database. If you need to renew your membership or update your contact information, you may do it online.1
Any club members who haven't received that meeting notice, or non-members who would like to attend as visitors, should contact BAOC President Stephanie Maclean or BAOC Secretary John Richardson.
Club members may request an item to be placed on the agenda by contacting BAOC Secretary John Richardson.
All active members are welcome to participate in the meeting, and we hope to see many of you there.

At the meeting, members in good standing will vote for the Club's 2025 officers. Thanks to the Nominating Committee, chaired by Steve Haas, for recommending the following candidates for office:
